It also made children unable to use their fine motor skills a lot of children aren’t developing their griping abilities and can’t hold a pen correctly or pick things using their index and thumbs their hands are flat from tapping touch screens

I have a long nose, big pores, small eyes for my face and countless other things that I or others might deem incorrect or not beautiful. The thing is that none of that matters. Even if you have the perfect face people will call you ugly and most importantly, you will still find flaws if that is all you can pay attention to. Instead of consistently seeing your face as individual parts try to look at the whole picture. Your face isn't just one feature for a reason, it's a whole painting that makes you, you. That is beautiful, always will be.

you are capable of big things

the ability to see more beauty in the world is a skill. the more beauty you see, the more comes to you, the more you create yourself. so much of the disempowerment people feel is because they are trained to see the ugly and negative in everything. you have to unpick your mind from the lure of negativity and train yourself to find beauty. if you want a beautiful life, it starts with learning to find the beauty everywhere.

Actually life is beautiful & I decide my own narrative & I can start over as many times as I please until everything looks like the vision in my head I'm obsessed with.

It’s like when ice melts, when you look at it it at first it doesn’t look like anything is changing until it becomes noticeably smaller but it didn’t suddenly become small it was the result of all time and temperature it took for it to melt
