all that mattered
Requested by Anonymous: Ahhhh your writing is so good!!! I just saw little women and now I am even more in love with Timmy!! Could you write something where Timmy sees the reader crying for the first time and he does everything to try and comfort them and not leave them alone?? Thanks xx
First of all, thank you, and I hope you like it :)

You were sat on your bed, all curled up like a ball. Steady tears streaming down your face.
You had a crap day to say in the least -the real cherry on top of the cake, or shit show rather- that had been the past week. Between the constant arguments with your boyfriend and things going downhill at work, you just needed to cry it all out.
“Y/n, I’m home. Sorry I got so late today, there was so much fucking traffic everywhere,” called Timothee in the background. You heard the door slam closed and seconds later his footsteps getting louder as he walked towards the room you shared.
“Baby, what’s going on?” he asks his voice soft and laced with concern.
You look up at him and shake your head in response as another tear falls down your cheek.
He’d never seen you cry before, hell, almost nobody had. You hated showing emotion or weakness of any kind, but with him, you let your guard down from the very beginning, captivated completely- but, then again, how could not not have been.
He walks over to you and sits beside you. He wraps his arms around you pulling you into him as you feel your body go limp against his.
“Hey, I’m here its okay. Whatever it is, we’ll get through it,” he whispers tucking loose strands of hair behind your ears.
“I’m sorry I’m such a fucking mess,” you manage shaking your head.
“Hey, Y/n, don’t ever give me that crap- I love you, I want to be here for you through whatever,” he responds kissing your forehead.
He wiped your tears away and let you cry into his sweater. He cracked lame jokes to cheer you up and ate cake with you for dinner.
You know that moment when you look at someone and realise just how much they mean to you, just how special they are; how much you appreciate their very being? That was exactly how you felt right now, he was your rock, well maybe more of soft cushion- but he was there, and that was really all that mattered.
