Notice how Nakhun is told that Phatsa is physically ill from stress and exhaustion, and his immediate reaction isn't concern for Phatsa at all—it’s disappointment that he apparently hadn’t gotten him pregnant without his consent or knowledge. Doesn't even check in. Doesn't do a single thing to take care of him the rest of the episode. And Phatsa is the one comforting him about it.

Even the fucking doctor doesn't bother pretending to care about his patient. He diagnoses Phatsa as severely sick and weak from exhaustion, to the point that he can barely function, and then immediately follows it up with, “But don't worry, here's how you can get pregnant as soon as possible.”

Phatsa (and this show) did not hold back.

It doesn't seem like Phatsa is against the concept of being pregnant/having kids, considering the questions he was asking the doctor. He was just upset nobody told him he might be.

What he definitely does not want is to be treated like a tool. Existing just to create kids. Which is what Nakhin said could happen if their father found out that he's the pure omega he was looking for.

But personally I'm hoping for an mbortion, because the omegas in this omegaverse are a lot too realistically disenfranchised and they deserve to assert their bodily autonomy.
