Time Killer

Out on his own? Hardly. To even say he would walk among these streets with the other common trolls was certainly a stretch to say the least. The only reason he was mustering about was because, once, a long time ago, he was invited to see someone here. And the invitation being long standing, he thought he’d give it the time and day for once. He did imply, after all, that he’d consider it to be a real possibility. And while Don may be a troll of many things, he never backed out on his word.

Because a word was the only thing a troll had to their legacy.

But he couldn’t hide the glaring grimaces towards all the wandering trolls that almost just barely invaded his space. And it was only his stature and expression that made the commoners naturally shy away.

Standing in front of the sign that read ‘The Botanist’. He looked at his watch before opening the door to the establishment, having to duck his way through it some. Looking around for a moment, he acknowledged the scents, appearance, and products. Not his taste but it was quaint enough he supposed.

The owner of said establishment had just finished giving one of her patrons their change before turning around to continue pummeling some herbs in a mortar just as Don walked through the door. The patron in question, as they turned to exit, froze upon the sight of him. In fact the somewhat-quiet shop fell into an even quieter lull the moment the tyrian made his entrance. Most if not all the customers there were mainly low-to-midbloods, so the sight of a caste so high had everyone’s blood running cold. Like cockroaches when the light is shone down on them, every patron quietly packed up their belongings and scurried out the door once Don was no longer blocking it.

Vyllez turned with a smile as she set a paper bag down on the counter, expecting one of the patrons ready to pick up their order.

“~@ so sorry that took so long.. i ah.. had to make a fresh batch..”

“ real..quick..? @~”

Well…that was awkward. She glanced around just to double-check and..yep..everyone was gone.

“~@ well..that explains that.. good evening Mr Enricc~ @~”

She gave a small wave, seemingly unbothered that he just ran off her clientele.

"Miss Vyllez." He states. He walks over, his posture have to duck to a degree to keep his stature inside the shop. Once closer he looks down.

"Get him to open up...? Idriss, my dear, are you sure you want to... erm... Get that close to him? There is a sort of, I suppose, point of no return when you get him to 'open up' to you. He gets... possessive, over those he is close with if you haven't been able to tell already with me... Um..."

"Well... while it is true that he gets possessive over you. And I'm not always a huge fan of it.. I think it's unavoidable at this point... I mean, we're going to be close no matter what because of you. You're kind of like the middle of a sandwich in this case... It's only fair that I try to get along at the least. I don't want to always scoff when he enters the room....

But at the same time it's so hard... he just... drives me... so .. crazy..."
