 so many questions and comments about all-new X-Men 40. very grateful to Dave Richards for sitting down with me last night so I could address what ends up being about 75% of the questions asked on here…  or at least the things I don’t want to spoil

 so many of you shared such intimate stories with me I’m actually not sure if they were for public consumption so I am going to be cautious and not answer them publicly. but for all of you who took the time to write me such personal stories and your reaction to the book today do know that I absolutely read all of it. 

and for the 3% of you who were homophobic or just rude. nothing was accomplished. so congrats on that. but for those that worry about the state of the world the percentage was pretty good. much better that the first day reaction to miles.

as I say in the interview above, this story isn’t over. this was just the first scene. stay tuned.

 but as I posted on Twitter this morning, I hope some of you find your way to write your own stories from your own perspective. over the last 24 hours I have been shown so many interesting points of view. they need to be out there for people to relate to.

 I know it’s hard and I know you have to have a tough skin,(believe me, i know :)),  but there are some of you who are looking for very specific representation and I want you to think about doing it for yourself. even through all the noise, the reaction I have gotten from people today is so powerful.
