do you ever just start to break down because you desperately wish you were normal and didn’t have anything wrong w you bc that’s the mood for tonight

i dont feel alive unless i’m feeling things to the extreme

tbh the worst thing about being a self aware mentally ill person is that people assume that because you understand your illness you’re automatically able to actually apply your knowledge to your life and cure yourself

sometimes im like ‘ummm i wasnt emotionally abused!! Its all me overreacting!! i dont even show symptoms!!!’ but then the other day I was in the car with my friend and he was like “ugh dang its rush hour!”… and I apologized because i felt like it was entirely my fault… that there were cars… on the road… in the greater Toronto area… at 5pm… on a weekday… thanks mom and dad
