Chasing the stars.

Living our life fully and deeply requires courage. If we cannot be happy right now, we need to ask ourselves why. We need to find out what it is. What’s weighing us down or pulling us away from the present moment?

I can’t hold enough of you in my hands.

What a generous thought. That you are already what you’ve always wanted to be, and all you have to do is let go of the parts that are keeping you from that. But letting go is so terribly hard. I admit I have tried everyday. All the time. I want to let go. It’s not that I’m still holding on– it’s holding on to me.

She wanted to say ‘Don’t leave me,’ but she couldn’t do it, not again. She was so tired of begging people to love her.

it scares me to think about how i’m only alive because i don’t want to hurt the people i love

Every once in a while she’ll get worked up and cry like that. But that’s O.K.. She’s letting out her feelings. The scary thing is not being able to do that. When your feelings build up and harden and die inside, then you’re in big trouble.

Renew, release, let go. Yesterday’s gone. There’s nothing you can do to bring it back. You can’t “should’ve” done something. You can only DO something. Renew yourself. Release that attachment. Today is a new day!

I thought, possibly, that what I really needed was to go where nobody knew me and start over again, with none of my previous decisions, conversations, or expectations coming with me.
