How it feels when your friend fails you when you need reassurance the most. This friend is well-meaning but doesn't know how to respond.

This 33-minute whump short film is a psychological thriller about a boy who is kidnapped and trapped in a delusional man's basement, forced to pretend to be his "friend"---or else. This story is an exploration of the courage it takes to keep your humanity intact when surrounded by darkness.

Probably my proudest achievement ever!

This character is called Red. She's very brave but tends to wear all her feelings out in the open. That's why her captor is so interested in tormenting her... They want to see how much of this is a facade, and if it's not, then they want to revel in her screams, knowing she's not faking a single sob.
