Important Shipping Update for Some EU Countries
Due to changes in EU customs procedures and the way duties must now be processed for certain international B2C shipments, Japan Post is currently unable to properly handle our usual shipping method to the following countries:
As a result, TicklingDuck has temporarily suspended orders and direct shipping to these countries. Some parcels sent shortly before the new rules took effect have also been returned by customs.
We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this sudden change. We are currently looking for alternative shipping methods, but international courier services can be significantly more expensive than our usual postal service.
Looking for a TicklingDuck Distributor in the EU
To make TicklingDuck products available in Europe again, we are also looking for someone living in the EU who may be interested in becoming an official TicklingDuck distributor or sales partner.
The general idea would be:
TicklingDuck ships products in bulk from Japan to the distributor.
The distributor stores the products within the EU.
Orders from EU customers are then shipped domestically or within the EU.
The distributor handles local sales, shipping and basic customer communication.
Wholesale prices, sales channels and other conditions would be discussed individually.
Experience with online sales, Etsy, Shopify, eBay or international importing would be helpful, but it is not strictly required. More important is reliability, good communication and a genuine interest in TicklingDuck products.
This is intended for adults who are legally able to operate a business or conduct commercial activity in their country.
Anyone interested is welcome to contact TicklingDuck by direct message. Please include your country, any experience you have with online sales or importing, and how you would like to sell the products.
Thank you very much for your continued support and understanding.
