She hummed, her grin spreading into a full faced, almost manic grin. “What flare am I capable of? Honey, the best kind, that’s what!” She stood up straighter, gesturing with her hands as she spoke. “Not that I’d waste my energy burning off spells that are too strong for the moment, but if I can use something to make an interaction more entertaining, why pass that up?”

there was a group of kobold minions working for the local evil dragon, and because there’s a dragon in her company she devised a plan to use a bunch of illusion magic to make her dragon friend intimidating as fuck. so they flew to the kobold fort and put on a grand show. they made it seem like Mezzinir (the good dragon) was some sort of god and Cathrax aka Cathy (the bad dragon) was a fake bitch. instead of fighting the kobolds they got all the kobolds to pay homage and convert to their side. 

sent two of the kobold minions down to get the druid kobold from the dungeons ( the dm has devised a sick underwater battle as we fought our way through this dungeon but all that was avoided ) and we had a decent conversation in the  courtyard. 

he tried to sic a warg (big bad doggo) on the group but Shar refused to fight the dog. Instead she had her bard companion (Pootsy) cast a dancing lights to distract the dog and Shar removed whatever was hurting it from its side. she then had Pootsy cast a healing spell on the dog and then the pupper was all happy and fine so she got a new dog. 

had the kobolds strip the druid down to his underwear and lock him in the dungeons along with his pet alligator. 

rallied the troops and asked around about the place where Cathrax lives. created a plan to enter through the secret back passage (avoiding the maze like tunnels of the front entrance), had the kobold servants distract he ogre guard, and brought along to kobold leader to convince all the other kobold minions in the cave not to fight. 

basically only fought the dragon (because he was a racist and supremacist) and beheaded him in front of the entire town including the children. 

suggested that the town people enjoy the dragon meat ( in front of Mezzinir- a dragon and also Cathrax’s cousin)

during the festival where they were being celebrated she openly bragged about how she had single handedly defeated the dragon (while her companions who had done just as much were still in earshot). 

bought a custom dog whistle for her new pupper that she named Percival. 

while fighting a group of kobold bandits, she went to stab one in the neck with her dagger, but aimed to far and missed. so instead of having the blade hit his neck, her wrist did which resulted in her just sort of awkwardly placing her forearm on the kobold’s shoulder. She then tried to pass it off as an unconventional hug - didn’t work - she got stabbed. Fortunately, being a tiefling and being fire resistant, when her friend breathed fire she was a-okay. However the kobold who she was still resting her arm on the shoulder of got crispy fried to death. 

went into a new town: flirted with the guards, challenged a militia man to a drinking contest (and won), tried to pick-pocket another member  of the militia (and failed), nearly got into a bar fight with a guy twice her size (that’s saying a lot, homegirl is 6′1) but she got bored and left before it escalated. 

gave extermination a try and electrocuted a bunch of rats. 

swindled the bar owner out of most of his money. but then felt a lil bad and gave him two gold pieces for his hospitality (after he paid her 45 to get rid of the rats)

got bit in the knee by a mimic shaped like a treasure chest. it would have torn off her patella had she not whacked it enough with her crowbar. 

was unsure of how safe a lake was to swim across to get to an island int he middle so she tried to use a lightning spell to electrocute whatever might be in the water; rolled a critical miss- and shocked herself. 

persuaded a fairy to give her a super powerful sword by relating to her on a gay level (and cried a lil bit because she loves her girlfriend so much) 

tried to flirt with the mayor and failed. 

accosted an old man. 

drove a hungover militia man to near insanity with her antics (her friends had to give him a pamphlet on how to recover from a conversation with her)

She thought a moment before just shrugging her shoulders. “Well, it rhymed with shit list. Well met on the lazy factor. The only time I don’t do things the convenient way is if I wanted to add more flare to it. Why do things the boring way if you can help it?”

“As if I would be on any other list,” Lup scoffed slightly, shaking her head as she leaned against the counter before her. “There wasn’t a reason to be too stubborn just then. You weren’t some rude ass, so I guess you might place on my own ‘cool person’ list.”

“Then I’ll be sure to cherish the travel wearied please with all my might,” she answered with a little grin before ducking away. She returned, a tankard of ale in one hand, and a plate with bread in the other, setting it before the stranger. 

Catching the coin, she quirked a brow. “Maybe wanna try asking a little nicer? Not your pack mule, darling.”

Flicking a gold coin at the other, she offered a sly smile, “Hospitality would be much appreciated. . . and by that I mean I want some bread and ale pronto.”
