My Thots for this one:

I get that free use would technically break their rule of only touch if given permission, but I do really love the idea of the guys playing pool or video games or poker and just passing Shane around like a blunt. Their parties so far have been so heavily focused on giving Shane attention, which he loves, but I think he might also be into being just another thing for their guests to enjoy. Them talking about something unrelated while one of them makes Shane choke on their cock? Pulling him by the hair to the next person while they talk over him like he’s just a toy somebody brought to share? And then Ilya occasionally whispering to him, “Kind of embarrassing to be a cheap party favor for your coworkers, hmm?” Shane would loooove it.

Second, how do we feel about blindfolds? Even better, Ilya keeping his hands over Shane’s eyes while their friends take turns with him so he can’t see who is touching him and what they’ll do next. He likes seeing how he’s affecting the others because he’s a show-off and it embarrasses him. But the vulnerability and trust he’d give Ilya, that anticipation Shane craves so much as he waits for someone to touch him but doesn’t know who or what it’ll be. All the better when Ilya finally removes his hand so Shane has a second to watch all of their friends jerking off right before they come onto his face 🥴

And finally, I keep reminding myself while reading that this is Shane Hollander, buff as hell hockey god. I love that the guys have been getting comfortable with their group parties, but it might be a good reminder (and hot as hell for sweet Luca The Fan Boy) for them to see why exactly Shane is able to kill it on the ice and then have a million orgasms right after. They watch Shane do a round of pushups, sit-ups, pull-ups, running on the treadmill, etc. They know he’s athletic, obviously, but seeing him sweat in just a tiny pair of shorts, his muscles rippling and straining while he performs for them…. And my favorite trend, planking until failure. God, his sweet little sounds and his shaking arms while Ilya says, “You can keep going. Stop being such a baby.” Everybody watching exactly how much Shane Hollander’s god-like body can take before he collapses, and then they get to play with his exhausted body while he just lays there and tries to breathe. Fucking him while he fights to keep his shaking thighs up to his heaving chest, all while Ilya mocks him for being so selfish, making our guests do all the work. 😩

1. Free-Use Shane: Totally agree. The rules are going to become much more lax—I tagged it “Shane Hollander gets passed around like a blunt” and “mildly dubious consent” so I could get there eventually. They’ll mainly be there for the first little bit as people are getting used to it, but once people get to the “tbh I don’t care if you touch me or not” stage, they’re gonna be way less enforced. As for the second part (like being ignored) I have to think of a way to write Shane as actually into that, which I’m not sure how to do yet (but it’s been on my mind for sure). I inject my own subby-ness and kinks into him because I’m not the most confident writer, so (1) I can write the thoughts/feelings behind the kink better and (2) I’m less likely to misrepresent anything (bc I have not done any research for this fic aside from research I’ve done for myself previously). So basically all of Shane’s thoughts and wants are mine in some way.

2. LOVE BLINDFOLDS!!! LOVE SENSORY DEPRIVATION!!! LOVE BONDAGE!!! I’ve read a fic that’s a guessing game like this (lineup, line up by lilacbarnes) and I really wanna do something like that but I also don’t want to like just directly copy it, so I gotta find a way to make it my own. So yes, love.

The first time I watched episode three I was just bored, but I didn’t hate (or even dislike) Scott and I really liked Kip (still do). I kept skipping the episode for all my reheats because you don’t really need to watch to watch it more than once to get the full effect.

Then I read HR and TLG and I was like “you know what, yeah, Scott Hunter is really annoying.”

Then my mom and my sister watched the show and they really liked 3 so I watched it again and I just couldn’t handle it.

So then I was like “well I’ll read the whole series and see if he’s still boring.” Come to find out Jacob threw a ton of GC out the window (which whatever, I don’t think it made the story better or worse, just changed it), and Carter is the best and Ilya is hilarious and now Scott is just pissing me off.

Then I reread HR and I was like yeah Scott is super annoying. I don’t remember Scott being brought up too much in TG, so opinion didn’t really change. He was fine CG but I still inwardly groaned every time he was brought up, same with RM and TLG.
