“Concern?” she offered as an alternative. “Irritate?  Arouse..?”

“Me to you, too,” the hunter mused warmly, pressing a kiss to the angel’s temple.

“Don’t get your feathers in a twist. I personally make sure no one gets used to me.” The angel hybrid chuckled. “I don’t disturb you, do I?”

“Such disrespect. Earth has affected you in so many ways, brother.”

“I’m home now, Cas.”

“I have no experience to pull from, but I’m going to assume I do not.”

“I’m shocked. This is my shocked face.”

“Oh, Castiel – don’t look at me like that.”

He hadn’t known the angel to be particularly interested in cats, so when he sat down, he found himself cocking his furred little head at the others choice. Then, his name was said. Excuse me – did you just understand that?

“Thank you, sir.”
