okay rested a bit now time for my run

#going to do 40 minutes very easy . hope i can make it through #if i can do the 10k long run at the end of the week im not too bothered about doing the speed runs #i think i just have to prioritise time on my feet #it'll probably be like 3 hours in the actual race #i think the longest i've run is an hour or so...#it would have been nice and long that one day that i nearly died but my period ruined things #idk why it feels like i have no time since the race is in october but it goes so much faster than you think

my heart issue makes it so hard to work out broo

#literally been sat in this room for over an hour at this point and not even halfway through my third exercise #bc I have to wait so long between sets for my heat to go down #it’s okay now that I have free time but how am I supposed to do it in a normal day #and I wanted to run after this as well bc the half marathon is getting closer and closer #and the furthest ive run is like 8k

#my thoughts are with the swifties fr #this is hard to see as a non fan so i cant even imagine #i feel like she has been taken over or something? like who tf is that!! feel conspiratorial bc its just shocking #she just never would have done this tacky shit even 5 years ago wtf is happening #honestly just choosing not to believe its real until it actually happens tbh #at this point the only thing she could do to spare a scrap of dignity is to pull a runaway bride situation i fear
