#going to do this mandatory feedback form for my scholarship while i have this energy #feel like i finally can 'lock in' now for some reason #i think im going to put together a presentation or something for my idea for the mapping project for next year #even if it doesnt end up being there it will be good practice and i need to like actually research into it and not just read about it #and i can read another chapter of the book i started...

#at least im doing something and trying to go somewhat consistently #i just hate that i cant even bench press the 20 kg bar #i could change it for the ten and try and do like 15 kg instead but it would be such a hassle #already risk my life taking the weights off every time.#and then im like why am i even bothering with this stupid exercise anyways #i dont care about having chest muscles or arms really #but i want to be strong...#like this feels like a bare minimum i should be able to do..#then also did bulgarian split squats and my left leg is so much stronger so i need to fix that imbalance..#so will have to do this stupid fucking exercise more i hate it so much #the rdls went good though i increased the weight by 5kg and still felt easy #but i could improve form so will do that next time i guess #then i did a bit of yoga bc im realising that my balance is kind of a limiting factor in the bulgarians #but i only got through 15 minutes its so hot today and i just wasnt feeling it #now i have to do some cleaning and then i was thinking about doing a 15 minute easy run as well #did a speed run the other day like i was talking about and it was alright #i feel like im doing all this stuff for nothing tbh.. lets hope i am building some muscle and getting stronger though #i do think that my heart is somewhat better bc of the running #but i dont really have a way to guage if im getting any stronger in my day to day life

really worried about one of the neighbourhood cats that hangs out in our garden

yayy my sister and i got it to eat some treats and some wet food

#it also has a bowl of water near it now and its drinking thank god #i was worried it was too sick to eat this morning bc it definitely would have died if so.#i think it was just scared in the morning #so weird its such a friendly cat i wonder what happened to it #also i cant tell if its young or just malnourished :( it looks even skinnier now that i got a good look #and has some injury on its leg #i think it trusts us now so hopefully will keep coming back for food and water

#got a close look at it today and it was so skinny :( like skin and bones #tried to offer it a treat but it wasnt interested at all #i think its sick bc its eyes were so watery and it wasnt interested in food despite being that skinny #i left more water in the outside water bowl i think it likes drinking from it but idk what else to doh #it ran off a while ago #its not really scared of me though so it clearly has a lot of experience being around humans
