yayy my sister and i got it to eat some treats and some wet food

#it also has a bowl of water near it now and its drinking thank god #i was worried it was too sick to eat this morning bc it definitely would have died if so.#i think it was just scared in the morning #so weird its such a friendly cat i wonder what happened to it #also i cant tell if its young or just malnourished :( it looks even skinnier now that i got a good look #and has some injury on its leg #i think it trusts us now so hopefully will keep coming back for food and water

#got a close look at it today and it was so skinny :( like skin and bones #tried to offer it a treat but it wasnt interested at all #i think its sick bc its eyes were so watery and it wasnt interested in food despite being that skinny #i left more water in the outside water bowl i think it likes drinking from it but idk what else to doh #it ran off a while ago #its not really scared of me though so it clearly has a lot of experience being around humans

#i must say they are dropping like flies this week

craving chocolate now so bad....

#not even hungry though but i just want a little bit 😭#just going to have to go to sleep and try to ignore it bc theres nothing in the house #idek what else i could have to fulfil the craving

managed to knock 11 minutes off my 10k time from earlier this week despite the fact that i started my period halfway through the run #beastmode

#only realised afterwards that a whole week had not in fact passed since my last long run.. idk why i thought it had #literally only 4 days ago.. my fault for trying to speedrun the training plan #i do need to start trying the speed runs in between as well #was just prioritising the long runs bc i think those are most important #i do feel like my endurance is improving so adding the speedruns back could be good for the vo2 max and stuff #im so glad i didnt die bc my period started unlike last time.#now i can take it easy the next two days bc the pain will be the worst #okay i do have to eat now . maybe the pasta from yesterday with eggs and a cheeky chocolate milk

have to go on another 10k today...

#hoping the copious amounts of pasta i had yesterday make it a bit easier #yeah sucks that we all have to do this at some point #i think i'll go in three half hour segments and hopefully i can cover the distance in that time #its so bad doing it here bc im doing a loop of like 100 m over and over again #maybe it will make it better when im doing the half marathon tho bc at least there will be variety #and better terrain

got another driving test.....
