he was the picture definition of depression. because not only had his team lost the game and the food, oh no. it was that they lost AND for some reason, everyone decided to just get so physically violent with him. there were no doubt bruises on his stomach ( from the kick? the elbow that stabbed his stomach?? a combination of both??? ) and it took all his power? to not break into tears right there and then. ❛ akaashi... ❜ bokuto koutarou has never looked more miserable.

meanwhile the teams scattered around playing capture the flag, keiji was spending his time watching all the shenanigans happen; the setter wasn’t much of a playful person, as many point out, his personality being like one of an old man… but who could blame them when it was true? keiji didn’t ‘have fun’ like others his age but rather preferred to observe and entertain himself that way, as he did with everything, seeing rather than doing. on the other hand, his captain, sometimes acted like a little kid, seeking attention and blasting those waves of energy that even affected the opposite team, tho akaashi envied the older one for his carefree personality, sometimes wishing he could let go and relax just like that. and speaking of a certain someone, that same one was heading over him with an exhausted and gloom expression painted all over his face, perhaps something happened in the game.

‘ what happened bokuto-san? did your team loose? ’ that would be the only reason for him to be so down, after all, bokuto sometimes had a simple way of thinking, expressing himself in such a clear way, at least for him. ‘ come on no need to be so down, maybe we can do something about what happened? ’ should akaashi buy him some ice cream? maybe.
