I wasn’t feeling very well today, as I’ve been under a lot of stress over the last few days.

When I got home from work today, I felt my heart start beating uncontrollably in my left breast.

I immediately grabbed my stethoscope and blood pressure monitor and checked my heart rate…

My heart started beating four times in a row, going from 80 bpm up to 170 bpm. I panicked that my heart was losing control. 🥵

I love it when my heart beats so strongly and visibly 🤭

I took my stethoscope with me to work today so I could listen to my heart from time to time. 😍💓🩺

Earlier, I had a stressful call.

I noticed how my heart started pounding and beating strongly. 🥵💓

I went alone into a separate room and took my stethoscope with me.

When I was alone, I unbuttoned my blouse and took the stethoscope into my hand.

As the stethoscope touched my chest, my nipples immediately became hard and I felt turned on by my heartbeat.🥵❤️‍🔥

My heart was beating very fast because of the stress. I could feel it pounding in my chest, and my left breast moved slightly with every beat. 🤭
