Yesterday was my 26th birthday. Onward and upward.

Hello tumblr, coming back to update you on my yearly birthday post. This year, I’m turning 25. It’s a bittersweet feeling, and I’m getting old. What a beautiful and chaotic experience it is to still be here.

Tumblr, we made it another year! I am 24 years old now wow

I still have my tumblr blogs of years past up, and it is absolutely heart wrenching to see the inner mechanisms of my brain when I was 15-17. My heart aches for my younger self. I have lots of memory loss from high school, especially that time, and every text post and reblogs allude to how I was actively suicidal for many of those years. Thank god I made it out alive.

Despite me now being in my mid 20s now, I feel like I’m regressing. I feel like I’m forever stuck at 19. I can’t find new things I like, it’s only going back to old familiars. Hmm.
