digital notes (everything's nice and tidy, no wondering what you actually meant to write, autocorrect) vs handwritten notes (i get to use my pens and highlighters and cute notepads)

something i've been thinking about, my therapist recently asked me something along the lines of "and where do you think that comes from?", i thought about it for a second and before telling her my answer i told her "this might be foreseeable, but..." and. where does that come from? do i relly need to be surprising for my own therapist? ironically we were talking about feeling uninteresting for other people and i've fallen into my own trap once again
