Word Vomit

Looks like I've come back to Tumblr, after some considerable time too. I got locked out after I had to reinstall Windows and haven't tried to log back in thinking it would be difficult, give the credentials weren't on the active recall part of my mind (Zehn, the Urdu/Hindi word), but when I opened Tumblr, I could guess what they would be. And so here I am.

I really need to write more often. Because I need to celebrate the small things in life, without talking about them to people. So, writing could be my little outlet. A way to sort the mind out, without really jinxing the stuff out loud. Hope I make myself happy and proud.

I finally did it (or somewhat). I got the equation font to look like TNR. This thing has been plaguing me for years now, to get them to look like TNR for the teachers to not disturb me over it. I finally got close to it.

First, I had to look for the Equation Options. Couldn't find the UI button, but it does pop up on when you search it on the internal search box.

Second, you need to change the default font, but you need might not show up. I think that's because math fonts are different from normal fonts on Word. So, you need a math font that looks like TNR. Which is XITS.

Lastly, XITS needs a few additional words. XTIS and STIX are different fonts, and XITS is an edited version of STIX (notice how the order of the letters has been reversed? Nice touch, whoever did this.)
