I’ve heard a lot of people saying how Calum comes off as an asshole sometimes around fans. And sure maybe he does have a bit of a resting bitch face and comes off as rude around fans but have you ever stopped to wonder why? It’s because he’s guarded. He’s careful who he trusts, who he lets in. Especially after the snapchat nudes leaked. He wants to keep personal things personal and he doesn’t want to be put in a position like that ever again. He loves his fans, we all know he does. And around the boys he is the Cal we all know and love. But when he is surrounded by crowds of screaming strangers yelling at him and thrusting phones and cameras his face sure he closes up and acts sometimes a little brutish. Can you blame him? Fans can be demanding and pushy, of course he is going to draw back and close up. Wouldn’t you? That doesn’t mean he is an asshole or that he doesn’t absolutely fucking adore his fans. Everyone has days where they are rude and standoffish. Yes he is famous and meeting fans comes with that life. But he is also still human and a normal guy. So fam lets show him the love and respect he deserves, especially on his bad days.
