Some information for folks who arenât watching Twitter! The zine has been produced, packaged, and shipped out. Packages went out Monday & Tuesday of this week; some of the domestic USA packages look like theyâve already arrived, and the rest are in transit. Check your email & spam for tracking numbers-- if you did get an email, feel free to hit us up and we can send you one manually. The emails should be coming from either Shippo or Pirate Ship!Â
We are expecting to send out digital PDFâs this weekend-- the emails may have to be staggered because we donât want to trip any spam filters. If that has to happen, the split will be alphabetical! Those emails will be coming from our regular email. International customers whose shipping went through UPS-- thereâs been a slight delay, and it looks like itâs mostly being caused by some confusion from UPSâs end of things. We are working with our shipper to figure out the cause of the issue-- we arenât sure if itâs inaccurate tracking data or if itâs that they need more information from us. Weâll be updating twitter as we find out more information, but we anticipate that things will be back on track at LATEST at the end of next week, hopefully sooner (the longer time would be if they end up getting returned to sender). This problem appears not to have affected customers whose shipping went through USPS.
We do have the inventory to host leftovers, but we still arenât quite sure when, because I (dogfeathers, shipping & logistics mod) have some medical stuff at the end of this year that makes scheduling a little bit tricky. At this time, we are TENTATIVELY thinking early/mid November, which will hopefully also let us avoid the increased USPS pricing in October.
