Tim (his full name was Time, he preferred Tim) was good at many things. You could call him a Jack of All Trades, but you shouldnât. One of the things he was good at was killing living creatures. This wasnât his particularly favorite thing to do. He avoided it most of the time letting creatures grow as they were wont to do. That was until the Earth started getting crowded. There wasnât any more space to move. Shoulders were bumped and butts were in faces. Thatâs when the Wise Ass came to visit Tim. His large protruding teeth sprayed Tim with flecks of spittle as he talked. Now, this couldnât be helped as after all Wise was a donkey and at the moment a very annoyed donkey. He was annoyed at the overcrowding of the Earth because he felt he deserved a pasture all to himself so that he could graze and make cracks at passers by in peace. Wise Ass taunted Tim saying that he was the only one who could kill living creatures, but from what he was seeing it didnât look like he could kill ANYTHING. Tim, a very prideful being, did not like being told that he wasnât good at something. So he shouted back at Wise Ass, âThere isnât ANYTHING I canât killâ. From that day on Tim spent his days killing living things when he felt their usefulness was done. Not every being was killed the same way. No, Tim liked to be creative and he was good at it. For some creatures, their death was quick and painless. One day healthy, the next day dead. For others, Tim decided a slow and withering death was necessary. There were various reasons for these differing methods. Most of them involved the living things, especially humans, learning to appreciate Tim more for all he gives. What happened to the Wise Ass you might ask? Heâs now more of a wizened ass, but he surely has personal space.
