Today, my uncle was visiting and I was in my room playing my guitar to pass some time. He came in and started singing Perfect, so I pulled up the chords and started playing and he sang.
We played three more songs together. Songs that I don't really listen to myself, mostly Indian pop songs. But I still played them for him, and it was fun.
5 minutes before he had come in, I had set up my phone behind me to just record me playing the guitar, as the natural light really looked beautiful in my room. And then I forgot about the recording.
When he left, I noticed my phone. And turns out I recorded the whole ordeal of us jamming. I'll watch that someday, not right now. Not for a while.
What was happening if not this moment, if not then, right then, the group of them, together for maybe the last time, coming together for this moment, for this very instant, what were they if not happy?
