What do you guys use to seal the edges of projects to keep the ends from fraying on stuff like bookmarks or even buttons or stuff like that?

For finished products, I either use PVA/wood glue or I fold the edge over and backstitch it to make a hemmed edge and give it a border. Use thread the same colour as the cloth if you don't want a border.

I think, if I were to do this again, I’d use a different count, probably 18ct, but overall it’s not too bad. The back is interfaced and the edges trimmed, and eventually I’ll make a proper hanging out of it.

I also got a little letter with A WAX SEAL. 

New goal: now that I (will) have a place of my own, I need to get her framed so I can put her up on a wall. She took about a year to stitch, give or take.
