Isn’t everything just incredible?
The earth is so strange, and complicated, but we think it’s so simple.
Look past the evil in the world, and all of society’s problems.
Space. There’s billions, BILLIONS, of stars, and galaxies, and planets. Theres no way that there isn’t other life forms out there, maybe not what we think either. There could be planets with stranger life forms and a different kind of beauty. There’s billions of stars, that shine endlessly, and that always stay, even when the sun comes out and we think they’re gone, they’re still there, they wait everyday for the sun to go down and for their chance to shine, they blanket the sky and take our breath away.
The sun. The sun that offers warmth and light to all around it. The sun that feeds the plants on the ground. The sun that warms your skin on a sunny day and makes your skin tingle. The sun that draws the planets around it, spinning them endlessly.
The clouds. The soft, puffy clouds that linger high above our heads. That get painted with the beautiful colors of the sunsets and the sunrises. That cry every now and then and shower and feed the plants and give us water. The soft, beautifully white freezing snow that blankets the ground, tingling your skin and awakening goosebumps. The snow that melts and softens the ground when the climate gets warmer again.
The oceans, rivers, and lakes. The oceans, rivers, and lakes that flow endlessly and peacefully. That hold billions of lives, some we don’t even know about. The rivers that always seem to rush somewhere without end, that carry its lives with it on a journey, a beautiful, breathtaking journey. The oceans with depths no man can reach, with lives hiding deep in those freezing waters. The creatures that dance through the sea like they’re soaring high above. The corals that color the sandy grounds and offer homes to those that need them.
The ground. The ground that is shaped so smoothly and is always changing. The mountains that tower high above all else, that touch the soft clouds. The valleys that make way for the river to pass through. The vast canyons that show an array of colors that shows just how old the earth and ground are. The caves that offer darkness and shelter to small and big creatures.
The trees. The trees that tower above all else and offer oxygen into the atmosphere in exchange for our breath. That shelter creatures of all sizes and nests for the birds and tiny, tiny hollows for bugs. That offer juicy fruit to feed us. And some that give off relaxing smells. They change color when it gets colder and when it gets warmer, some with more colorful leaves than others. Some loose their leaves when the cold is too unbearable, then grow them back when spring comes. Some have lived forever.
The flowers. The flowers that offer bright colors and grace into the ground. That hide in buds then bloom when they’re ready. That wilt when it’s too hot or too cold and blossom when it’s just right. They offer smells of all sorts and dance with the wind. Some made into bright paints to color walls. That are picked and grouped to show love.
The berries that grown on small bushes, some sweeter than others. They come in different colors and sizes and flavors. Some offer illness and some offer health.
The grass that blankets the ground and tickles your feet. The grass that feeds herbivores and shelter the tiniest bugs underneath.
The billions of creatures that inhabit different areas of our planet, that live completely different lives. Whom go on all sorts of adventures. They are all different and have different traits and abilities that help them.
Everything on this planet, is beautiful. Look past everything that’s wrong with our species and look at the true beauty of the world, it’s relaxing.
