I don’t think I ever posted my Propeller Knight costume I made for Halloween last year on my tumblr. I went without a helmet because I have no skill to craft one (eventually I’d love to commission someone to make one for me), but otherwise, the outfit is more or less finished.

Hope I can bust this bad boy out in a con someday.

BONUS: a good specter boy.

Some soft lore that Yacht Club Game developer Sean laid down on us in terms of ages for some of the knights during YCG’s stream last night. For easy reading: Plague Knight = 25 (I missed taking a snapshot for that, but is what he said) Specter Knight = died at 27 Propeller Knight = 26 or 28 Polar Knight = 52 Mole Knight = 33 King Knight = Not screencapped, but they envisioned him in his 30s Tinker Knight = Definitely not 7 or over a 1000 Shovel Knight = 34 (also forgot to take snapshot of this, but @cammiluna‘s twitter has ‘em) Bard Knight = 32 (my age! :D) Oolong = 16 months old (0_o) Mona = 25 (give or take a year older than Plague) Phantom Striker = 50 (HA HA OLD MAN STRIKER) Yopper = 40

This is my entry for the Specter of torment art contest! I wanted to do a fun cafe scene and it was quite the challenge to get this up and running in time but I’m glad I got to try.
