I'm so scared, tomorrow I'll have friends over, we'll probably order pizza and they'll sleep here and we'll eat breakfast together. That means i have to eat because i can't just not eat when they're here :/

02/04/2022- i know i didn't update for the past days but i always ate under 300cal. Anyways i lost 2ibs in 4 days!

01/31/2022- today i ate 36cal (~60g kiwi), tomorrow is my official fast day but also my first day back in school. I hope that works.

01/30/2022- within the last 24h i ate 17cal, that was from the medicine that i had to take. I wonder If it even counts because it's 17cal but i want to be completely honest with this documentation. 🦋
