I recently saw something on Reddit where someone basically made house rule where they made a hidden Achievements board for their Vampire the Masquerade / World of Darkness games where players could get extra EXP once each per Achievement as an incentive to try new things, choose options outside of your normal comfort zone, engage with the system beyond the surface level and make risky or outright "bad" choices because they make for a more interesting story overall and honestly I kind of love the idea.
And now I'm just sitting at work making a list of random Achievements that might worth 1 or 2 extra EXP
