I wasn't exactly expectin' visitors today, but I'm glad ye stopped by!
I'm Mr. Skunk! It's nice to meet ye. I know this place might seem a little... strange at first, and I can't say I blame ye. There's quite a lot to take in.
This little corner of the world is where I keep my notes, drawings, observations, and the occasional story. I spend most of my time wanderin' around, writin' down things I find before they disappear again. There are creatures most folk never notice, places that don't stay where they're supposed to, and little oddities that seem determined to be forgotten.
I just... don't think they deserve to be.
So I write about 'em.
Maybe if enough people remember, they won't be quite so lonely.
If ye decide to stick around, ye'll probably come across a fair few unusual faces. Some are kinder than they look. Some aren't. I do my best to be fair to all of 'em. Every creature's got a story, after all, even the ones folk are scared of.
I only ask one thing while yer here.
Please be respectful.
Not just to me, but to the creatures too. Some of 'em are a little nervous around strangers... and, truth be told, so am I.
I know I can seem a bit odd. I have a habit of disappearin' fer days at a time, wanderin' into places I probably shouldn't, and comin' back with another page full of things that sound impossible. I promise I'm not ignorin' anybody.
I'm usually just busy!!
Though, if ye've got questions, feel free to ask. I might not always know the answer, but I'll certainly do my best. I like sharin' what I've learned, and it's always nice meetin' someone who's curious.
Just, if ye happen to hear footsteps behind ye while yer readin'...
Don't be too alarmed.
Sometimes the creatures get curious too.
They're mostly harmless.
