I killed my best friend, though I revived him, I still did it and I can’t make up for that. I don’t know, I find myself locked in my room or just at school then anything else. 

Then that makes two of us, and at least you managed to revive him.  As long as he's forgiven you, learn to forgive yourself.

Why the sudden regret?  Did something happen?

I was out of my mind naturally. I could see, hear, smell and feel everything going on around me. I heard the lawyers telling Laura everything that would happen know that the Hale family was dead. Now that I was basically dead. I heard their cries, I heard their pleas. Cora — well she wasn’t heard from because she ran after I got her out. The third — I killed her.

Oh, well, aren't you just uncle of the year.

You mean the one where she tricked my nephew and then killed all of my family except three people and only because two were still at school and one I had to go back and rescue leaving me in a coma for 6 years? Do you want me to include how I ripped her throat out or do I skip over that?

What was it like?  Being in a coma for six years and unable to do anything on your own?  Waiting, healing... I know of Cora and Derek.  What happened to the third?  Oh, but I digress.  This is your story to tell, not mine.

Ironic, yes, but not entirely.  If I were still an Argent... still used that surname, my first name would be much different.
