It's Grayson. Or should I say, Alfred.
I go by Alfred now. Yeah. Anyway, my week has been terrible. I'm getting sicker and my meds don't do a thing and I'm suicidal because I'm so physically ill. Why would I want to live in constant pain? -Alfred

Friends That Aren't Allies
I'm slightly-ish out to my friends, as pan/agender. Anyway, this morning, I showed a couple of my friends a picture I saw that said "instead of saying ladies and gentlemen, say guys, gals, and nonbinary pals", and I was like, "Cool, no?" And they shot it down. Like to the damned ground. One of them said "There is a time when a girl will feel like a girl once a month, and that is when she is on her period." Let that sink in, just the sheer... idiocy? Ignorance? Privilege? Anyway, another one would whisper when she walked past me: "There are only two genders." And the one that said the period thing, she was like, "I don't flaunt my things to you, like my religion (which she does), so please don't flaunt things like that." And I said, "Well then, don't invalidate me and just over look this." And she said, "Well, I don't believe in that!" And I said, "You don't have to, but I deserve to be respected whether or not you believe in it." And then we had to go to our first block. I just want to punch the sky and scream at the ground. I got yelled at by the one that said the period thing Tuesday, (I said that I'd make the U.S. secular to fulfill its claims of freedom of religion) and she said that the Founding Fathers founded this country on Christian values, and freedom of religion was created to allow the citizens to believe in another branch of Christianity separate from the British. I'm so confused and I think I quit for the day. â Michael

Dear Cis People
No, I don't hate you. Most trans people are not cis-haters, although some of us are. I love cis people. I need them to survive. My family is cis. Please don't ask about my genitals. If we are close friends, then maybe, and if you want to have sex with me, then sure. But other than that, it's not your business. Please respect my pronouns. I understand if you mess up. I'm okay with that. But please don't purposefully mess it up. No, I don't think all of you will ask about my genitals, disrespect my pronouns or really care that I'm trans in general. Most of you won't. I need cis people in my life to survive. I would like to thank you, cis people. -Grayson

It just hit me that I'm a boy. Like I knew it... But the unsureness is gone. It's a good feeling. -Grayson
Alan's Letter To The Ill (You don't have to know the character to get it) -Grayson
This is a letter to anybody and everybody who has felt ill and weak before, whether it be physically or other. Allow me to start by saying that in no world are you alone. You may feel alone, however, but you arenât. I am here for you. Thereâs a whole community, in fact, of people that understand.
Donât let anybody tell you that you are faking this, because that is not the type of person you are. You would never fake an illness. You couldnât stoop that low. In illness, you learn who is on your side and who is not. I for example, have learned that Eric is on my side. Well, I knew that already, didnât I? But I also learned that some are not on my side. Some tell me that Iâm making it up or that Iâm trying to get attention. Some simply ignore me, not wanting to face the fact that I am indeed dying. You learn who really cares for you and who doesnât.
You start to think a lot when youâre sick, too. You do a lot of thinking while youâre not at work or school, or while youâre lying in bed in too much pain to get up and start the day. You think about things like life and death. You think about the people you donât want to leave behind. You also think about how little youâve done with your life, how you couldâve done so much more. Maybe you think about if you really are going to live or not. Sometimes you donât know. Sometimes you hope for life or death, other times you see the benefits of both, and view either way equally.
Your body begins to change as well. Itâs like reverse puberty, almost. Any want for making love is gone and your eyes have sunken in and youâve grown paler and grayer than usual. Your nails hardly grow and your hair is thinning, if you have any left. You can either see your ribs or your stomach is growing. You either grow fat or thin. Sometimes, but only sometimes, is there a grotesque middle ground where your arms and legs are horrible, but thereâs a flab of loose skin and fat bunching over your hips. You seem to have permanent dark circles under your eyes that no amount of sleep can get rid of. You donât look like yourself.
Letâs not forget how easily you cry, too. If you miss a show you wanted to see or youâre hungry or tired, youâll cry all too easily. It will either be small dribbles of tears or large racking sobs. Itâll start with once a week, then twice a week, then once a day, then multiple times a day until youâre either sleeping or crying.
Your dreams will range from either the happiest things to the darkest of nightmares. Sometimes youâll dream that youâre healthy and alive. Youâll wake up feeling empty and will probably fall into the large racking sobs that I have mentioned previously. Other times youâll dream that you have died and that your family is crying over your grave. Youâll also wake up weeping. Itâs a lose-lose situation; youâll wake up in tears no matter what.
Oh, and the pain and agony! Youâll be in constant pain. Perhaps itâs all over body pain, or abdominal pain or perhaps your chest will ache or your head will feel so pressured you wish it would burst simply to put you out of your misery. Perhaps itâs emotional agony. It all depends on your specific illness. Either way, itâs awful and crippling and you only wish it could end. I mean, what a simple wish. Why canât it just be granted?
The way Iâm describing this, it sounds awful. Thatâs because it is. But somehow it will get better. You will be healthy again somehow, whether that be in an afterlife or not. Youâll be happy again, and youâll smile with your loved ones, whether that be in an afterlife or not. Youâll weep healthily and sweetly and youâll frolick once again, whether that be in an afterlife or not.
Itâs hell. All of itâs hell. But it will be heaven once again. The worst part is knowing that you once were healthy. Why did this have to happen to you of all people? Youâre a good, innocent person to some degree. But itâs all a game of slots. Thatâs what life is.
But keep your head up, please. Allow nature to take itâs course, in one way or another. Do not end your life while you still have a chance. No matter what the doctor says, no matter what certain people in your life say, you still have a chance because youâre strong and strong people do not back out of things easily. Live on.
Sincerely,
Alan Humphries
Happy Halloween!!!

Pride Flag Capes
So I was thinking of making pride flag capes. Like, having little capes that have the trans flag or the rainbow on them. Is that something you guys would buy?Â
Sickness...
Hey guys. Iâve been sick with a UTI since December. Iâve been ill for a while. Also (yes this is related), I love black butler. The second music, Kuroshitsuji: The Most Beautiful Death In The World, is a great musical. Thereâs a character named Alan whoâs ill and dying of a shinigami disease called Thorns of Death. He gets so frustrated about his illness and says a lot about his illness. I can really relate to him. Iâll actually be cosplaying as him for a small ten-dollar convention that Iâll be going to in late September. I even made his death scythe. My friend, Sophia, will be dressed as Alanâs love, Eric. Sheâs working on making the wig and death scythe. Sheâs pretty crafty.Â

Hello!
I just went to a trans picnic. It was so much fun. I also went to Comic-Con this morning, dressed as Grell from Black Butler. Sheâs my wife, really. And Germany from Hetalia is my husband!Â

I draw on myself too much. Itâs a few lyrics from Kitchen Sink, by Twenty One Pilots.

Obama Opens First Gender-Neutral Bathrooms at White House
The White House has opened its first gender-neutral restroom in what is seen as a symbolic step by President Barack Obama to protect the rights of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community in the workplace.
White House spokesman Jeff Tiller said the âall-gender restroomâ is in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building where many employees have meetings and offices and is next door to the West Wing which houses the presidentâs offices.

Mulan
You cannot tell me that Mulan is not about trans people. I mean, not only is she singing âI may never pass for a perfect bride or a perfect daughterâ and she says âthough Iâve tried.â Not only the song Reflection, but itâs about a female-bodied person trying to act like a cis-male. The song âIâll Make A Man Out of Youâ describes what it really means to be a man. âYou must be swift as the coursing river, with all the strength of a great typhoon, with all the of a raging fire, mysterious as the dark side of the moon!â Nothing in there says anything about having a penis. Granted, itâs a childrenâs movie, but it doesnât say âThe muscles of Herculesâ or âThe hair of Gastonâ or some shit. It has nothing to do with the body. Sure, it says âstrengthâ but that can mean mental strength, too. Okay, rant over.Â

Well done, Ireland! <3
Hello!?! Why isnât this being celebrated worldwide!?!? Ireland is known for its conservative catholic people and now we have gay marriage and trans rights. Not only that but we are the only country in the world to achieve same sex marriage by popular vote!!!
