There is nothing worse than when people try to deny the racial tension and the stingly obvious issues in kpop. I understand that we’re all here for the music and to enjoy ourselves but we cannot be ignorant nor stupid when it comes to the reality of the culture of Korea . This also includes the actions of idols . Let me make this clear : "Just because one idol or some idols may make insensitive racial remarks or be ignorant does not mean that every idol in the industry is ." there are always those few bad apples but it isn’t the whole group. With this in mind if someone is telling you the truth or is advising you to be careful please try to keep their words in consideration. Let me also say this : "Korea and Kpop are not a fantasy land." it is NOT a country to use for your fantasies and unrealistic expectations of the people in the country. The Kpop industry does not define Korea as a whole , and if you think that it does you need to educate yourself on why it’s not. This has probably been rehashed several times but people need to understand this and stop getting themselves disillusioned and upset when others tell them they need to get a grip on reality . -Prophet Maknae
