Hi, I'm Unlikely Fortune and I write a Tails x Rouge fic called The Tinker and the Thief. Several people asked me to establish a presence on Tumblr so they can send me Asks and other things, so here we are.
Because I don't have the patience for Tumblr Discourse Shit, here's the Foreword of TTATT:
The primary purpose of this work is to showcase an idealized form of an "age gap" relationship to aid in the identification of the manipulation, grooming, and abuse common to such dynamics in real life. To achieve this, it will feature a romantic and intimate relationship between a 13-year old and an 18-year old. The secondary purpose of this work is to provide a therapeutic fantasy for survivors of such (or similar) traumas: a story where everything goes perfectly and the vulnerable person is treated with respect, care, and dignity, instead of much more realistic experience of being used, hurt, and abandoned. ⚠️ If this work helps you realize that you're in a bad situation, please understand that I have already done as much as I can. I am just an author that had a very bad childhood; I do not have the necessary training, authority, or resources to provide you with meaningful support. All I can do is teach you that you deserve better, and if I've done that, then it is not safe - for either of us - for me to try to do more. ⚠️ If you are a casual observer reading the story for fun, you are welcome to enjoy it for what it is.
