She bowed her head in acknowledgement of the Angelâs sympathy. It was weird, being able to talk about this now, after having kept it a secret for so long. Hayley smiled at the question and felt herself stand a little taller with pride. âYeah, I am now. AlthoughâŚâ She frowned a little bit, thinking of the recent changes that took place. âIâm not sure what Iâm going to do. I did it for the protection of everyone⌠if I can prevent the werewolves from running amok and bringing harm to not only others, but ourselves, itâs for the better. But I donât think the hunters in this town are too happy.âÂ
Andromeda frowned softly at this. She hadn't realized there was a "problem" with the werewolves in this town. Hence her previous questionings. "Why do you think that?" She questioned feeling slightly more confused then when their conversation had started. Her expression changed to one that she had worn far to often since arriving in this town. Confusion. As she waited for Hayley to answer her.Â
Girl Talk | Blair&Andromeda
Blair sighed as she headed for the coffee shop where she was planning on meeting the girl. Â She was completely oblivious to her true nature, but still felt drawn towards the angel. Â There was just something about her that Blair found adorable, and that she almost wanted to watch over, in a way. Â A way that she rarely ever felt about anyone. Â Opening the door large to the shop, she let her eyes scan for a moment, silently judging everyone else in the vicinity, until the came across Andromeda. Â A genuine smile spread over her face, and she made her way over, heels clicking on the wooden floor.
Taking her seat across from the other brunette, Blair noted that sheâd already ordered for her, and chuckled, deciding not to argue, and merely lifted the cup to her lips so she could take a sip before it got too cold. Â Settling herself in, and leaning forwards on the table, she surveyed Andromeda for a moment before asking, âSo how is everything? Â I feel like we havenât crossed paths in quite some time.â
Andromeda watched as Blair raised the mug and took a small sip. Seeing as she hadn't spit the brew out everywhere she'd done well enough in ordering for the both of them. Since everything was generally new to her she felt everyone should try something new every once in a while. Else she felt like a fool. Giving a small nod of her head she agreed with Blair's statement.
"Things are well. Near Perfect actually." She commented adding on the last bit with a small smile tugging lightly at her lips. Once her expression was once again under control she returned her gaze to the other "And yourself Blair? How have you been fairing?"Â

âOh,â Hayley said then let out a little laugh. âNo⌠most werewolves are decently human. Itâs only on the full moon. We have hot tempers and can get in to fights, but no worse than a regular bar brawl for instance. Even then thatâs why we run in packs and have an alpha, that makes sure everyone stays in line. Except of course on the full moon, thatâs a little trickier.â Her eyes dimmed a little. âFor me it was an accident. When I was about 14 my foster uncle tried to rape me, and when I tried pushing him off me, he accidentally fell down the stairs and broke his neck. Neither of us saw it coming at all.â
She nodded her head slowly in understanding her eyes getting a bit wide at the others confession. "I am sorry that happened." She muttered frowning softly to herself. She was sure this wasn't the case with all werewolves but felt the subject needed to be changed now. But for the life of her she had more questions about the werewolves and how everything worked. "So are you an Alpha?"
What do you want?
It felt different knowing Andiâs eyes were on him and only him. He knew they had been before, but somehow he felt more exposed in this moment than he ever had naked. His eyes flicked up to hers briefly when his request was meant with more silence, wasnât exactly what he expected, but her cheeks were pink so he figured she was either trying to come with a question or oddly turned on by his mashing raw meat around. Which, he could probably work actually. His eyebrow rose when she pointed to the onion but he just shrugged lightly. âItâs an onion. Vegetable, grows out of a root like a potato, I think. In the ground. Itâs got layers you can peel back. Youâre probably heard someone say âso and sos got layers like an onion.â Thatâs what theyâre referring to.â His eyes grew slightly softer when admitted she didnât know how to cook and he just grinned, shrugging a shoulder. âThereâs about three things I can make that donât come out of a can, so weâll learn together.â His cheeks went lightly pink. âDonât tell Sam I said that. Heâll never let me hear the end of it.â He put the patties in the greased fry pan, listening to them sizzle for a minute before going to wash his hands again. Then he could finally move over and take her nervous hands in his, gently stilling them with a soft squeeze. âHey. Stop. Youâre adorable and I love that youâre curious. It shows a willingness to adapt, to learn, and thatâs a rare thing Iâve found when it comes to angels. Itâs not something to be ashamed or embarrassed of no matter what the flying ass monkeys want you to think, ok? I will inevitably tease you, because Iâm me, but seriously, you tug at my heart every time you fold up and get all shy. You donât gotta be like that around me. I like you and a question or ten that you feel are silly arenât going to change that. Promise.â He raised one of his hands to tuck some of her hair behind her ear. âWeâve also got about twenty minutes to waste before they need flippedâŚ. think of anything we could do to kill the time?â He should get the fries out and put them on a cookie sheet and put them into the oven, but right now the idea of moving anywhere but closer seemed impossible. How she kept having this pull on him, he had no idea, but he was helpless against it.
She frowned softly at his explanation In fact she'd never heard the term before but really didn't want to open her mouth to say so. But her dark gaze flickered back down to the vegetable with some slight understanding. A slow smile spread across her lips at his next few words. Her gaze meeting his, she didn't really think he'd admit to a lack of knowledge when clearly he enjoyed food just as much as she. "Your secrets safe with me." She muttered enjoying the flush of color in his cheeks. She watched his movements, pausing to watch the patties sizzle in the pan before his words dragged her attention away, she gripped his hands lightly in her staring at him with wide eyes. Guess she hadn't been the only one paying attention here, she hadn't even realized that she'd been showing her nervousness. She laughed lightly at his words and gave a slow nod. Though it made her blush like a ripe tomato she didn't want his teasing to stop. Playful Dean was her second favorite way for him to be. "Well I will hold you to that Dean, because there are a lot more silly questions bouncing around in my head." She muttered flashing him a sweet smile. Leaning into his touch slightly she grinned, lifting her shoulder in a slight shrug. "I could think of a thing or two." Spreading her knees slightly she tugged him closer to her, resting her hands lightly on his chest. Gazing up at him she smiled softly "But I don't think twenty minutes would be near enough time to get it all done." Her words were teasing as was the glint in her eyes. Tilting her head back slightly she pressed a soft kiss to his jawline, taking a moment to simply enjoy his closeness.Â
this is a place of death.
Hayleyâs eyebrows rose in surprise. âA lot of werewolves are mad. Some hate themselves. Several willingly let Klaus turn them in to hybrids. But for the rest⌠I mean there are perks. The super hearing, the developed sense of smell, the seeing in the dark, the speed, the strength, the agility. The healing and durability. I can only speak for myself but itâs the best thing thatâs ever happened to me.â But then, perhaps that was less an indicator of how great it was to be a werewolf and more of an indicator as to how difficult the start of her life had been.
She shook her head slowly. "No, no. I mean mad, snarling, vicious beasts mad." She muttered to clarify, she hadn't heard of a single wolf attack. Nor had she been involved in the hunting down of such a creature. She raised her gaze slightly a small frown on her lips. "And the person you had to kill in order to gain such a gift?" It was the only thing she couldn't get over, unless of course the individual had reason to die. Not simply because they were a bad person or in the wrong place at the wrong time. But more along the lines of them stealing a life or harming the one that dealt the killing blow.Â

Iâm done. I give up. Take the internet away from me.
Hayley looked at Andie and nodded slowly. âAt first it does, for most people anyway. Nearly every bone in your body has to break to reshape in to its canine equivalent. The human body isnât built to handle that kind of pain nor is the brain, and any other creature would faint to protect itself. But for werewolves that solace doesnât exist.â She quirked her mouth. âThatâs why some people call it a curse.â But not me.Â
She frowned softly shaking her head "Then why aren't more of you mad?" She questioned shaking her head quickly. "Not that I'm complaining in the slightest. But to have your bodies go through so much, and it being nearly impossible to handle, how does the mind cope?" Perhaps it was simply because they were never really human to begin with that allowed their minds to stay protected while their bodies changed. But that was simply a guess, she really wanted to hear the answer.

What do you want?
Damn, he was going to have to ask Sam how to make a damn funnel cake. It couldnât be that hard, dropping batter in oil and frying it, but still. He wasnât going to attempt that around her until heâd perfected it. He did have some semblance of pride left. Even if he looked like a pansy, all wrapped up in her and not even remotely bothered by it. He nodded slightly, silently promising to stop trying to push her away. As much as he wanted to spare her - protect her - she was right. It was her call to make and not his. She was the only one in the world who knew what she was getting into it - she had all the facts and wasnât making an unbiased decision. Deanâd just have to learn to accept that and realize it was ok for someone to want to care to about him, regardless of the risks. He had a feeling that was going to take awhile, but sheâd be patient. His smile only brightened when she reached out for his hand. Heâd been wondering how to smoothly do that. Heâd never been much of a hand holder but heâd instantly felt different when heâd stepped out of her touch, like nothing was anchoring him. Maybe she did know him better than he thought. Lightly, he squeezed her hand back before he walked her up to the cabin, opening the door and hoping Samâd gone on a slight cleaning spree. Deanâd been a little out of it. The cabin wasnât too bad. More empty bottles than heâd have liked laying around, but that was his own fault. He just lead her to the kitchen, grinning slightly mischievously as he turned to face her before picking her up and settling her on the counter. The sight of her like this was weirdly comforting to him. Heâd always expected to bristle against anything domestic, but this didnât chafe like heâd expected it too. Instead it made him lean up for another kiss before moving to the kitchen sink to scrub the grease off of his hands. Once clean he moved to the fridge, digging the ground meat up and some onions and cheese and herbs to mix into the patties themselves before moving towards her end of the counter to start forming them. âTalk to me,â he said quietly, âBout anything. I donât care. Itâs just too quiet.â And heâd never been much of a talker. He was used to Sam filling in the silences he left behind. Now he was just starting to feel slightly awkward.
The squeak that worked it's way out of her mouth was sharp and quick. His hands around her waist lifting her to settle onto the counter had clearly surprised her, but she smiled down at him, wrinkling her nose up slightly. Glad that, for the moment, his demons were pushed to the back of his mind and he was once again acting like the Dean she knew. Eventually they would talk, get it all out there without screaming or the threat of either one of them walking away to worry about. But for now she pressed her lips gently to his, living in the moment and nothing else. Whatever was to come would come whether she fretted over it or not. Perched on the counter top she watched him move around the kitchen, utterly calm and at ease. She hadn't even realized the silence was getting to him until he spoke. She could literally watch him for hours, generally that's what she did when caring for a charge -though of course he was far from it- so the silence was nothing new. Flushing slightly she watched his hands move as she thought hard of something to say. How silly for her to have a million questions a moment flash across her mind and when put on the spot, as she was now, everything went blank. "What's that?" She questioned pointing at the onion he'd brought over. She'd never gotten the chance to watch the prep work to making a burger, the first time she'd tried it had been with him and she'd waited while he gathered the food. She seriously hoped the question wasn't too foolish, but it was the first thing to pop into her mind that made any semblance of sense and she grabbed hold with both hands. She would be glad when she could walk anywhere with him and not have to question most everything. But so long as he didn't berate her for her lack of knowledge she would continue to question. Raising her gaze to his she smiled lightly and gave a small shrug. "I don't know how to cook." She admitted, twisting her fingers together in her lap. Soon she would need to keep a tally of just how many times she embarrassed -or could embarrass- herself in front of him, because surely this had to be some kind of record.
Girl Talk | Blair&Andromeda
With a soft content sigh, the Angel stared at the two coffee cups before her. Having actually only had the drink once before she'd been overwhelmed when asked what she would like. Nothing on the menu looked simple, not like when Elena doctored her up a cup. But how could one refuse the array of aromas flooding the small coffee shop. She'd shut her eyes and pointed. Ending up between two choices she took them both. Now  two ceramic mugs sat steaming before her, the chocolate which she was more partial to sat in the blue mug, the vanilla in the pink. She had been surprised to hear from Blair, after their most resent trip to -well everywhere- she'd thought the vampire would need some recover time. As it was she was glad to hear from the female, taking her time to don and outfit picked specially by Blair and showing up at the cafe about thirty minutes early. The small bell above the door sent a tinkling chime throughout the cafe and brought the angel's head up, dark gaze settling on the obscure door glass, hoping the familiar brunette would be the one to cross the threshold.Â
