Decided to go back to falcon tower just to receive this:

"Wally" (if it really was Wally) took that man's hand and asked what was wrong, he also seemed scared, he just didn't give me any evil energy like people are claiming, it was just how he looked in the video, he could have tried to prevent Frank from leaving because they had a curfew and he knew what could happen if they tried to leave past that. Also we need to remember Wally really does not actually have the ability to push or do anything to anyone, we're talking about a man who can't physically push himself up when he falls, Wally was also was never jealous of Frank as people like GT says, he was simply upset that he couldn't communicate with his own house and asking the only person that could communicate with your OWN damn house was probably awkward as hell that's why in the morse code video his mannerisms looked off when asking Frank to teach him how I mean, that shit has gotta be embarrassing yo give him a break!
