A Storm is Coming!!

Many HSiP .. Highly Sensitive Intuitive People -  have been aware of the energy changes of late .. the pendulum is swinging wildly, the masculine energy is having its final fling, A Stag Do!! and it may get messy.. 

People are asking questions, uncertain about the future.. if you have some. pick a card now and again for a message about how this is manifesting and whats best for you.. if you are unsure yourself. 

As an HSiP its imperative you keep your energy system as clear as possible.. whats does that mean?  ... Less TV, Less Media.. of all kinds, more education, more INNER work.. your Inner-Guru is ready to come out to play, if only you will let him/her ... 

Keep TRUSTING with all your might, things may look like its all gone to shit over the coming months.. Its just change, and change isn’t always comfortable.. BUT it is good.. this is where you, as a light worker, must step up. See and Spread love as much as you can.. use the new wave of energy and surf to its heights.. 

How is your Intuition different to your Instinct? ...

Theres a fine line, and for people who are HSP but not intuitive .. it is the instinct that will drive them.. instinct is a learned behaviour.. passed down by both nurture and nature.. its encoded in our DNA.. as is Intuition incidentally! Our Intuition is an intrinsic part of our Extra Sensory System, which hooks up to our physical Sensory systems and “talks” to us via our IGS.. Intuitive Guidance System.. if you've kept up so far.. you've earned a star ;-) AND are probably a person who is keen to learn more about figuring out how to distinguish between the 2! 

3 easy starters,., are..

as usual..  number 1 is.. Mindfulness. I prefer to call this.. BODYfulnes as what you are looking for is to be IN your body. Your body has a brain, you are not your brain. Take a few moments each day, or better several times per day. close your eyes and expereince each of your physical senses. Then engage with your sixth sense.. allow thoughts and feelings, connection and “other” energy to be available to your system from without.. ie. not from inside, but through the connections taking place from the tendrils of your Extra Sensory System and feeding that back to your body.. Don't judge it, don’t engage, just let it happen. If you must force any thought at all.. make it one of love or gratitude.

2. NOTICE. take time to allow who you are to filter up through the layers of your programs. You will be shocked, annoyed and maybe cross.. it doesn't matter. you will also be love, happy content and assured that all is well. The more you allow and accept your actual emotions to engage, the more you can be who you are. the more you will stop reacting and can respond intentionally as second nature.

3. ACT. decide what you want to do with your new knowledge of instinct vs Intuition .. your very own Inner Guru. Will you let him or her out to play?? For what its worth, my advice is yes.. let your Inner Guru out to play, experiment, enjoy and have fun! 

Tuning IN and Turning UP! 

The energy of awakening is so very strong now, if you have not felt it then your will to resist must be very strong indeed! 

For those of us intentionally riding the wave of the newly arisen Earth Energy - although ancient, it feels new as its not been “earth-side” for a very long time. Meditation is a time of active connection now - you will be constantly downloading, constantly drawing forth and soaking up the new energies. Allow them to entwine around and through your spine, enter and connect you with both the male and female source energies. 

You are likely to find that you will experience involuntary movements - don’t panic! .. just take your attention back to your breathing and allow the energies to infuse you, to rock your chakras and bring forth an even better connection. The rocking and swaying or revolving sensations emanating from your spine will be unrecognisable as this type of movement is not usually undertaken by us as we move about our daily lives, or even when we exercise or practice yoga.  This is a *new* energy.. The more you allow it to flow into you, the more you will experience love, trust, surrender, peace and love (it gets mentioned twice ;-)) in your daily life. The inner work - is to be an observer.. allow whatever comes up for you to simply bubble up and float on top of your awareness, notice the emotions that seem to be attached to it - then allow this to be taken and recycled.. do not engage, just observe. Engaging will reintegrate the emotions you have buried deep inside you, that aren’t useful nor wanted any longer.  Once removed from your energy system allow the space to be backfilled with love. Notice what you love, how you love, where you feel it.. and suffuse your energy system with these emotions, thoughts and feelings. 

This is you tuning in and turning up the connection. Remember at all times - there is ONLY love or fear.. if its not love, then its fear.. if its fear then you can recycle and remove it.. unless theres a tiger and instead.. run! joking aside, your way to turning UP the connection is trust.. and trust is born from love.

Everyone in or anywhere near the world of the personal or spiritual growth movement has heard of HSP.. Highly Sensitive People... Since 2012 the numbers are ever increasing and what was once hippyish and “far-out mannn” is pretty much tame and main stream in 2016.   Admitting to be an HSP is so much easier now than it once was, not least because so many people now resonate with exactly what being Highly Sensitive means. 

So whats the “i” ?.. I is for INTUITIVE ..  Highly Sensitive AND Intuitive People.. Not all HSP are intuitive, but all intuitive people are highly sensitive. 

You fall into this category if you are EMPATHIC, PSYCHIC, MEDIUM, ETC etc.. It is imperative that HSiP are allowing and expanding with the new awareness and energy levels - as with any karmic experience (i.e. everything!) theres no good or bad, simply cause and effect.. its essential that HSiP are doing the spiritual and personal growth work to keep up with the rising tide and avoid being swamped! With support, you can even surf this energy if you want to! Levelling up isn’t an option for HSiP - its a necessity.
