Ok, so...I don’t know if anyone might relate to this or know if there’s a word for it, but does anyone like to sit somewhere on a staircase when they’re upset, emotional, meditating, reflecting, just thinking, etc. Like for me, I find myself just sitting on the landing at the top of my stairs a lot to relax or find comfort and I don’t know why. I’ll even go hide in the stairwell at work sometimes just to regain focus and clarity if I’m feeling lost or having a rough day. Is this normal? Does anyone else do this?
