That's not really the same is it... Both male and female have almost all the same parts, just differently arranged. You can find anatomicists from centuries ago to the modern day describing the male as the female turned inside out and vice versa. It's not especially weird that we're figuring out surgery that would invert human genitalia, even if it's not perfect yet... It's definitely not like making an ear out of a cut lmao. I recommend at least reading some books about female sexual anatomy esp checking out the work of the federation of feminist women's health center

I’m practically banging my head on the desk that the “women are just men but inside out” theory is coming back. The ancient Greeks, and then pretty much all of western culture who read Aristotle, believed the inverted man theory bc most physicians were men who didn’t understand female anatomy and thought men for the default form of human and that women were deformed men. These were the same people who invented the idea of the “wondering womb” i.e. hysteria i.e. crazy woman disease. The medieval anatomists thought babies came in miniature in the sperm and they and the Greeks thought mother was just an incubator with no contribution to the child. They thought periods stopped during pregnancy bc the baby ate the blood for sustenance! They thought women didn’t have the mental capacity for education bc all of their energy went to the womb!!!! The Victorians basically attributed all health ailments of women to not having enough babies. I’m begging you, please stop bringing this idea back. Everyday we find out more about female anatomy and biology because it has been critically under researched, bc males always assumed as the default.
