My name is Aspen, and I'm a therian! This blog is dedicated to a little idea I have:
I want to make an app/website for alterhumans to keep track of their kins, talk about their experiences, and have a community!

You said you were a system and some of your alters have different non-human identities. Do your fictives consider themselves fictionkin or does is just depend on the alter?
our system is pretty small, and our only (current) fictive is finn (mertens/the human, from adventure time)! he doesn't consider himself fictionkin, but some past alters that have merged or gone dormant have!
will people who call themselves chosen therians be welcome on this or would they be 'forced' into calling themselves something else ?

People who call themselves chosen therians are welcome, although I do have some thoughts to share!
Therianthropy is an involuntary identity, and the idea of chosen therians doesn't make a lot of sense and personally feels a bit blasphemous to me. Chosen therians are often simply a different kind of alterhuman! Labels like otherlink, copinglink, otherpaw, and otherhearted will be included in the profile tagging options, while chosen therian will not, since it is an excellent example of an oxymoron.
I would like to make it very clear that I have no ill will against chosen therians, and I hope that this is a learning experience for everyone who reads it!
Would there be a part for helping therians discover their theriotype(s)? There's a pretty good page about this on the Therian Wiki :3
Different animals/creatures in the database will be tagged with certain characteristics so it'll be easy to look at creatures and figure out what best suits your experience! Also, you can consult the community!!
Hii :3 sorry if this has been asked before but is there gonna be a feature where you can add flags and symbols to your profile (ie. Pride flags, otherkin symbol, theta delta symbol, etc.)?

yes!! i love it when websites/apps have this kind of stuff to personalize, so i will be doing my best to add it to mine!
Will there be images and the ability to put your own images? If so will there be alt text available (or the possibility of adding alt text when you put in the image)? Also will this app be screenreader compatible?

Will the kin type list be the fill in the blank kind or a tagging system? Would be cool to have an easy way to search for specific kin :]
tagging system, and you can make your own tags!! hopefully, you'll be able to tag with specific animals, creatures, cryptids, etc. & you'll have more general tags like "alter" or "fictkin"

Would you consider doing info about more psych related alterhumanity? Like endels, alters, autism related Alterhumanity and stuff like that?
Yes! As a therian who is apart of an autistic system, I think that psych related stuff has always been and should always be an important part of the alterhumanity conversation!
not sure if this has already been said but maybe a little dictionary section to go with it? Like something that defines different labels, that way it’s easier for users to discover new kintypes and sort out which kintype is what kind.
yes!! we'll have a database with resources to things vocabulary, history, and a hopefully very thorough and widespread database of different animals!! I'll make a more in-depth post about it later :3
