How do you let go of someone you never had, When it was all just a fantasy and you knew nothing would happen. When all you want to do is be held by that one person that made you feel beautiful and seen. When their voice makes you feel safe and the way that they hug you sends shockwaves down your spine. When they are the last thing you think of when you fall asleep, and the first thing you think of when you wake up. When they were never yours to begin with.
