It was supposed to be an easy mission. In and out of a tiny imperial base with the information you needed. Only when you were in the vents creeping over a room with three imperial guards in it the vent decided to give out, sending you crashing to the floor. The wind had been knocked out of you, you winced as you inhaled, definitely some bruised ribs. You reached for your blaster but stopped when you saw the guards pointing blasters at you, sighing you slowly got on your knees with your hands above your head. You cursed yourself as the guards hauled you to a cell. The imperials kicked you into a cell and you winced as you hit the floor, maybe you had bruised a little more than you initially thought. The troopers at this base must've been out of practice when dealing with prisoners because your comm was still on your wrist under your jacket. Smiling as you rolled your sleeve back and exposed the comm, you pressed the button to turn it on. "Cassian?" you whispered into the comm. "Everything good?" Cassian's voice came through. "Not exactly, I fell." you sheepishly told him. "Through the roof." you clarified for him. "And you got caught, didn't you?" Cassian's exasperated voice came through. "I'm in the holding cell, its just me in here, but there might be guards outside." you sighed "I'm sorry, please come get me?" you listened for a good ten seconds before a response came through. "Of course I'm coming to get you sweet girl, do you really think I would leave you here?" the sound of his boots clunking filled the background of his sentence. "See you soon Cass." you said through a smile, a pink blush dusting your cheeks at the little nickname.
It's been a good two hours, two hours of you trying not to focus on the growing pain in your body from being bruised and having to sit on the cold metal floor of the cell. Finally, finally you hear the clunking of boots and blaster fire from the other side of the door you scramble to your feet as the door whooshes open and Cassian rushes to you, he notices when you wince as your standing. Of course he notices, he immediately holds your shoulders carefully looking up and down upon your figure checking for any injuries. "Are you okay?" He ask maybe twice before you register what he's saying "Did you get the information?" you ask, he furrows his brow. "Answer me." he says firmly, squeezing your shoulders a little harder than necessary. "Just some bruises, I'm fine." you tell him honestly, although you might be down playing the pain. The massive frown on his face and lack of response worries you but you don't say anything about it. "Lets go back to the ship, Cass." you whisper only because he looks like he's seconds away from bursting into tears. But instead of turning to start walking his arms snake their way around your waist, his head finding a place in the crook of your neck. You can feel his tears soaking through your shirt, your hand finds its way to his thick hair and you scratch lightly at his scalp. "It's okay Cassian, I'm okay." you assure him. He lifts his head to look into your eyes. "I thought I was going to be too late, I thought they would've hurt you." he shakily tells you. You cradle his face with both hands and wipe away his tears in a way that definitely feels more than platonic. "I'm okay." you tell him again. He shakes his head when he speaks "Next time you might not be, next time I might be too late." you notice him looking at your lips, you move to rest your forehead against his, hand still cradling his head. You slowly brush your lips against his before slightly pulling back to look at him again. "I love you, I can't lose you." he says as he slots his lips against yours.
He held your hand the whole way back to the ship. You keep replaying that moment in your head, the way his mouth felt on yours. The thought of it had heat pooling low in your stomach. Cassian finally let go of your hand as you collapsed into the co-pilot seat, you could've sworn you heard him sigh when he let go. You had to bite back a smile. The ship jumped into hyperspace and you breathed a sigh of relief you didn't realize you'd been holding. "You should sleep, sweet girl." Cassian said stepping in front of you to pull you up by your hands. You shook your head "I'm alright. you should sleep, I'll make sure we make it home." He began pulling you towards the bunk "Sleep." he said firmly. You smiled, knowing you weren't staying awake with Cassian around. "Only if you stay and cuddle me." You pulled his hands so they were on either side of you sitting on the bunk. You gave his lips a little peck for good measure. Cassian sighed and wedged himself between you and the wall, you shifted so you were being spooned by Cassian, his arm draped over your waist and his lips pressing tiny, barely-there kisses to the back of your neck. Sleeping in Cassian's arms had you falling asleep in minutes.
The ship jolted out of hyperspace, waking you both up. You groaned, still very sleepy. Cassian got up to land, pressing a kiss to your knuckles as he went. You got up too, stumbling over to the co-pilots chair to strap in. "How are you feeling?" Cassian asked as the ship descended onto the Yavin tarmac. "Sore." you admitted sleepily. "I'm taking you to the med bay as soon as we land." he told you, something in his voice and your tiredness combined made you not argue back. You knew you could probably use a good bacta shot too. The ship landed and you stood, Cassian approached you and looked you up and down like he was checking for injuries. "I'm okay, Cass." you insisted. He sighed and began leading you to the med bay. His kissed your knuckles at the door "Meet me at mine when you're done." you nodded at his request.
You got to Cassian's little home and found it empty. "Cassian?" no answer, he was probably still at the mission debrief. You were glad you got out of that by getting hurt. You luckily felt a lot better after a bacta shot though. You walked over to his couch and stretched out, you figured you might as well have a nap before he gets back. Your eyes quickly felt heavy and you drifted off, missions were always good if you needed to crash.
You awoke to Cassian pecking your lips "I'm going to run you a bath sweet girl." He mumbled against your hair as he hugged you. You yawned as you sat up, noticing a plate of fruit and a piece of toast. You smiled around a bite of toast, moaning at the taste. "You should make that sound more." Cassian said as he walked up behind you, starting to rub your shoulders gently. You chuckled a little and a faint blush crept up your face. He continued to rub your shoulders as you ate. When you finished you stood up to go bathe. You were surprised when Cassian followed, once in the bathroom you were once again surprised when he grasped the hem of your shirt, lifting it off you. He continued with the rest of your clothes and you smiled at how caring he was, giggling a little "I can do it myself y'know." you said. "I think this is fine." He replied, kissing both your knees as he tugged your pants and underwear down. Once fully naked you lowered into the bath, dunking your head once to wet your hair. You reached for the soap but Cassian stopped you and grabbed it instead. He washed your hair gently, like you might break if he scrubbed too hard. You smiled when he lightly tugged your hair so he could pull your head back to kiss you. You rinsed your hair and he began scrubbing your arms. He kissed your neck and collarbone as he went murmuring sweet nothings to you. He helped you stand and wrapped you in a towel, kissing you once again. "Will you stay tonight?" he asked. "Of course, thank you, for taking care of me." you pecked his lips. He hugged you again and led you to his bedroom. He dug a t-shirt out of his dresser and helped you put it on. He pulled back the blankets and got into bed, you followed a second later. The lull of the Yavin forests pulling you both to the verge of sleep quickly, but you had one thing on your mind. "Cassian?" you whispered, "Hm?" you turned to face him in his arms. "I love you."

Pairing: Din Djarin x GN!reader
The Razor Crest was in dire need of repairs, as it always is. Traveling with Din always meant constant dangers but that was a risk you were willing to take if it meant getting to take care of the kid. (Although you admit that you had been nursing a small crush on the Mandolorian since you first met him.) So after being attacked by pirates and making it out with a damaged hyper drive you quickly landed in Mos Eisly. "Sorry cyar'ika I know you don't like Tatooine." Din had told you, the nickname making your stomach flutter despite your anxiety.

Din held the small of your back as you walked into the market while balancing the child on your hip. Your nose scrunched as many different smells invaded your nostrils. The noises and smells immediately making you feel drained, but you pressed on for the kids sake. Din noticed of course but chose not to say anything for the time being.

After an hour you had enough but Grogu kept waddling to different stalls and touching things despite your warnings to look with his eyes not his hands. Getting to a stall with little woven charms and jewelry his little hands found their way onto one of the displays knocking it over. You huffed and frustrated tears filled your eyes "I'll be right back." You shakily said to Din. His visor had tilted with concern but he nodded, beginning to help pick up the fallen display. Stomping over to a empty little alleyway you closed your eyes and covered your ears sinking to the ground as you took deep breaths and blinked away your overwhelmed and frustrated tears. after a couple minutes you got back up and found Din and Grogu. Din took your hand as he led the three of you back to the ship. rubbing comforting shapes across your knuckles the whole time.

The ships air was cooler than the hot and dry air of Tatooine and it made you breathe a tiny sigh of relief as you drug your feet over to the bunk. You kicked off your shoes and stretched out. Din just stood in the middle of the floor looking unsure of what to do. Grogu had already curled up in his little nest of blankets on the floor and was snoring softly. Din glanced between the two of you before approaching you. "Are you okay?" he asked you carefully, as if he was trying not to spook you. You shrugged as you sat up, legs hanging of the side of the bunk as you looked at him. He sighed and you took that as disappointment quickly starting to explain yourself. "I'm really sorry about earlier I should have taken care of Grogu instead of running away, its my job and I understand if your mad at me, Din." while you were talking one of his hands had found its way to your back and was rubbing slowly while the other sat on top of your hand. "I'm not mad cyar'ika." Heat creeped up your cheeks at the name. You must have made a confused expression because he had kept talking. "I understand if the market was a lot to deal with. And I understand you were frustrated because of Grogu." He lightly bumped his helmet into the side of your head, almost like his own version of a forehead kiss. "So I'm not fired?" you asked. He softly chuckled causing the corners of your mouth to lift a little, "I would never fire you cyar'ika." he pressed your foreheads together. "Thank you Din."
