Frequently, the "sorry" statements, or related communications I perceive, are not directed at me, or even time travelers individually, but instead at time travelers' technology so that it knows that other related technology has decided to cut someone off from access to its network of devices.

Planet Earth is an intelligent, time travel knowledgeable species home world, and plenty of militaries and even time traveling criminals don't like it when idiots or criminals are sent this direction.

Lots of relatives and associates of time traveling criminals who don't have any of their own technology that is loyal to them are getting thrown around here by time traveling criminals who do have their own technology and don't like when idiots like that access technology and cause them trouble. I suggest that we should make sure that those who allowed them to access technology in ways that led to this place being troubled should be exposed in front of those criminals as well.
