Y’all it’s this bitch at my job that is obsessed with me and not in a good way and she is literally one of the executives. She torments and terrorize me every single day and is making my work life miserable. And to be honest I could say I don’t know why but I deeply believe it’s because I actively tried to hold her accountable when she was rude, gaslighting, and flat out wrong. Inside of the conversation were I was seeking accountability 1:1 she literally spoke to me like a white man in corporate America working on Wall Street in the late 1990’s and had then had the audacity to try and smooth things over because she couldn’t let things end that way. So I literally played dumb and told her what she wanted so she would stop talking to me. I good probably write a series with the wild shit that’s been happening I just want to be left alone and for her to not speak like that not act like that again with anyone else because that shit is not okay and is highly fucking detrimental to the work the org is trying to do. I truly wish I could bluntly respond to her but I can’t because that won’t yield the change behavior and culture shifts
