Here's a little highlight reel from our first ever trip to the #EdFringe. Truth be told, these are only a small fraction of the month's hijinks, which included Sage & B harassing people in public, making television presenters uncomfortable, hanging out with "Trump is A Cunt" warrior Janey Godley, and oh yeah recording eleventy million demos for a new album that is now off to a helluva start. Much of this has been recorded. Much of this will make its way to you soon. For now though, we're rambling on to MANCHESTER, LEEDS, BRIGHTON, BRISTOL, and LONDON in the coming week. Hope as many of you as possible get to catch this tour, because it's a special type of performance from us you may not see again for awhile. SCOTLAND YOU BEEN LOVELY. THIS WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN.

After roughly 120 shows in the past year, the #KILLTHEWOLF world tour came to an end last night. My sincere thanks to everyone I shared the road, the stage, and/or a concert hall with. It's been a helluva ride and gratifying in a whole new way to be supported as a headliner by fans. I spent 5 years putting KTW together and you made that gamble pay off. To date it's sold better than any previous album of mine and your responses at shows to the new material have been gratifying as hell. I'm going home with a ton of ill beats to write to, song concepts that have been marinating during these long hours, and a genuine excitement to see my studio again. 2016 has been a year of loss and some long standing relationships crumbling. Lost some friends this year. Gained a couple too. Album cycles seem to bring about that type of cataclysmic change in my life. If you're still riding with us, that means something to me. It will be sad to leave the road behind, but we're making the most of these last few dates in Canada.

Trying to climb out from under today's very sad news about Prince and get on with the business of the day... It has not been easy. However I do have some very exciting news to share... After a couple years of being on separate tours behind separate albums, I'm excited to reunite with my brother @sagefrancissfr this August in Scotland for the #Edinburgh #fringefestival! We did a spoken word tour a few years ago together and both loved the chance to perform in a different environment, and the folks at Fringe are bringing us out for 20 of those shows in the same venue for 20 nights! Already been having some ideas about these sets I can't wait to test out... More details soon!

Getting down to the final American dates of the #KillTheWolf tour at long last. Tonight I'm San Antonio, TX, then headed for Indiana w/ @cas_one @iamfigure and more, Baltimore and D.C. Next week. It's been mad trill, Amerikkka. Thanks for riding along widdus.
