I hardly ever update on my personal blog and go through phases where I post a bunch on fuckyeahboardgame. Anyway felt like giving an update. I have started working on loosing weight again and getting healthy. Also I have started reading more again. Both of these things I find inspiration on Tumblr for so I may be posting more about these. I decided to sign up for dietbet! And I am kicking butt! I got this and am well on my way to loosing 4% of my body weight! The struggle is going to be keeping the weight I loose off and I need to loose a lot more than just one round of 4% of my body weight. Well enough rambling for now. Hopefully more posts to come soon.

Dear Tumblr, I am determined to work on being healthy. I know the number on the scale is just a number but I am not happy with being 180 lbs. I am about 5 ft 3 and my clothes don't fit right, I am tired and sluggish, and have bad dreams and trouble sleeping. One step at a time I am going to work on getting healthy.

I have been having trouble getting moving on my days off when I have nothing firm planned. It is almost like I get paralyzed with all of the choices and I can sad when I realize that I don't always have something to do something with.
