Happiness is strange; it comes when you are not seeking it. When you are not making an effort to be happy, then unexpectedly, mysteriously, happiness is there, born of purity, of a loveliness of being

Mardi Trek
Mt.Fishtail(Machhapuchhre) | Mardi Himal Trek
A stunning view of Machhapuchhre as seen on the way to Mardi base camp(MBC). Reached the spot at the right time and got to behold this magnificent view, later the clouds and mist covered the whole view. We completed the Mardi trek in 3 and a half day which normally takes 4 to 5 days. We did this trek in October. We started trek from Dhampus-Phedi and reach the Low-camp on day-1, which was more than 8 hours of walk. On day-2, we walked all the way up to High-camp and stayed there. On day-3, we woke up quite early and headed towards Mardi base camp. We met many other trekkers on the way. After reaching Mardi base camp, we started downhill walk and we stayed at Sidhing. The downhill journey was even more difficult than up-hill journey. Next day we reserved a vehicle and came down to Pokhara, and we all departed to our homes.
Hail the mighty Himalayas!
