theory on black

of course. welcome, friend. kanske skall jag ha bloggen på svenska istället... känner att min svengelska stannar upp mitt flöde lite.

until the 00's black was hardly ever found in commercial merchandise - especially such commercials relating to food products. that pretty much changed with the energy drinks. not only moster but a load of drinks suddenly sported black, preferably combined with colours leading associations to chemicals, on both products and merch. danger becomes a selling point.

 the idea: black is the colour that never is out of fashion. what is the easiest way to update your wardrobe? of course, to dye them black. or better still, to paint it black, as this is the preferred method of the Black Fashion Bureau.

Not black metal. Not theory. Not not black metal. Not not theory. Black metal theory. Theoretical blackening of metal. Metallic blackening of theory. Mutual blackening. Nigredo in the intoxological crucible of symposia.

For me the meaning of black metal has something to do with a longing for ecstatic annihilation, a perfect void. An obliteration that brings about purity. The absolute, impossible, contradictory limit. Whether this transcendent realm is a cosmic unity or a silent void, and whether those things are different, I’m not sure.

Could there not be ontological voids or black holes? Could there not be entities that are entirely vaccuous to the extent that they deny Being to those entities around them, that is, that like black holes, actually exist not only as void in reality but destroy existence itself?

This is a contentious subject since it violates a commonly assumed tenet of science—that in principle complete information about a physical system at one point in time should determine its state at any other time...

there is really no inanimate objects. but if i have to answer, it will have to be my hair, my fur hat and cigarettes.
