the Orchard

I believe in the talent of this creative artist. This is so great.

the Orchard initiated as an idea scratch since the beginning for me (Esteban Quintero). This is a Art HAUS (German) and for us is important for everyone to get that.

This idea began with lots of references from artist like Andy Warhol (The Factory), Lady Gaga (Haus of GaGa) and other companies like Seven Design Work, ShowStudio and more.

Our desire is to improve our creativity. We believe in the talent of the artist so it doesn’t matter if you are not professional yet, or you aren’t even studying. For us “art is more that comes from school”.

But of course I’m not alone in this great HAUS. We are now welcoming the great artist (Valeria Duque) who’s studying Art at Nacional University in Bogotá, Colombia. She has being studying art since she was a little girl. I met Valeria at high school were we pictured the future as an opportunity to create.

For those who are wondering I’m studying Audiovisual Arts and Multimedia at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University. I also work for Foursquare Church in Bogotá were I learn everything I know.

We’ll talk about our self’s other day. Mine while we want you to feel free to follow us for more history experience and tips.

This project has become one of the most important of my career as an artist. I believe in the talent of this singer and in the people that is going to work for this video clip. The full purpose of this project is to create something beautiful, powerful and interesting at the same time.

For me as the director, my goal is to create an inspirational environment while we are working, and this to be transfered in the final creation.

When you create a video clip I think that is important for you to recreate what the artist wants. And I’m talking about recreating with movement, for you to really be in the artist shoes. Also it will help you to see the things that she/he will do at the moment of filming. It’s like a rehearsal before the rehearsal. It will safe time and the production will appreciate it.

Don’t forget the people. Not everyone has your passion for the project, but you can’t do all by yourself, so always be listening to peoples opinion and never be rude.

I hope this experience helps you to become a better artist.
