don't get mad at him or scold him in anyway, give him all the reassurance he needs and talk to him and try your hardest to hear him out. All the feelings are real, whether they make sense to you or not it is still real to him. I would advise whoever is in the parent role of your brother to seek therapy or maybe group? If he is actively suicidal or feels like he might be a danger to himself, he probably should be taken to the hospital. Hope this helped a little <3
