Sims 4 - Bloc-en-Bois

Here it is!

I still have this vacant lot next to my Orgueil Villa in Brindleton Bay, so I thought it would be nice to create a small house with a similar architectural style.

And the result is… a box. A cute and cozy box. It was really fun to use the content from the Tiny Living Stuff Pack (I made a short review of it here), but be careful with the bed, I strongly advice you to upgrade it before using it, if you want to keep your sims alive (I left some handiness skill books, just in case).

Sims 4 - Duo de Conteneur (Starter House)

I wasn’t sure I wanted to share this land at first, I simply built it to test Eco Lifestyle. It’s a starter house, but with a large space available in front to gradually build a real house.

I tried to include objects to practice different skills, and some items from the new pack to recycle stuff and reduce your bills.

Plain Jeans for the Sims 4

After so many Packs, I’m surprised we still haven’t got some new plain, non-cropped, jeans for the guys. I always end-up using the same basic jeans I created long ago!

I wanted some new options, that’s why I created these ones, using textures of various woman jeans from Discover University as a base. I included 30 color options, so you can use them with many different outfits.

Hope you will enjoy them too!

Sims 4 - De Fil en Aiguille

So, here is the small house I made using the items from Nifty Knitting! And while we’re at it, I’ll give you my thoughts on this new SP.

Let’s start with the Build/Buy content : there is some nice items, but unfortunatly, I think it will be hard for me to use them, because of the color options. It’s way too colorful (even on the black or white swatches, for some items), with lots of cute drawing or pattern. It’s fine for some houses, but we need more neutral options, without different colors everywhere. Maybe some wood swatches, but less saturated than the current ones.

And of course, since I always build with the debug items unlocked, my catalog is even more cluttered because each color of each objects appears as a separate entry (same as the stuff you can craft with Eco Living).

The CAS content is okay. I just wish men’s hairstyles weren’t so voluminous! For the clothing, well, that was the community vote, and there is some nice stuff, but did we really need yet another crop top with floral patterns?

For the gameplay, well, it’s fine for a Stuff Pack. It’s not only a new skill, but a lot of little things (kids can knit too, you can mentor sims and there is a specific animation, a new aspiration, Plopsy, the rocking chair, the sweater curse…). But I don’t play that much in Live mode (if you want to know why), so maybe I’m not the best person to talk to about it.

Now about the house, I don’t have much to say, I built it for a grandmother who would live here with her grandson. I hope you like it!

Sims 4 - Maison Bariolée

And that’s the last one!

As my three previous lots, this was an edit of an old lot made by my brothers years ago. It was a house built for three roommates, but I chose to transform it into a family home!

I don’t know why, but I’m really in the mood to build right now. I already have a few more lots to share with you in the next few days. I just… have to find a name for them, I think that’s the part I hate the most!

Sims 4 - Phare Rénové

Finally, we have ladders, so I had to update this lot to make the top of the lighthouse accessible!

this house is a bit peculiar, very open, without real windows or door, as I built it for a specific sims. But maybe yours will appreciate this place too! You can also change the lot type to Rental, if you want your sims to enjoy a vacation here!

Sims 4 - Rêverie Abordable

You might recognize the interior of this lot : it was previously an apartment, inside Un Dernier Verre. As I transformed my fake apartment lots into various community lot, I choose to reuse these rooms to build houses. 

This one is now a cute house for a couple and a child, that will fit perfectly in Evergreen Harbor!

Fairy Lights in a Jar

Fairy lights are one of my favorite things of the season, they look elegant and pretty without being pretentious.
