* On November 6th, 2025, our family said goodbye to the state that we lived in for over 21 years and moved to a state just south of us. Since then, I’ve found a job working as a delivery driver for a 3rd-party contractor. The pay is good, but the only caveat is that it is bi-weekly (paid every two weeks), so for the next few months, it feels like I’m gonna be eating "ice soup", as the kids would say.

* I’ve done my best to settle into my new place, but there is still some stuff to be done. One of the TVs that I had just decided to break out of the blue so I’m waiting on my paycheck to get a new one. A portion of my downstairs area is still cluttered with boxes, and we hope to get rid of them over the summer.

* As for things I’m looking forward to: Summer Game Fest on June 5th and the Xbox Showcase on June 7th; when or if we get a Nintendo Direct next month remains to be seen. Also looking forward to more Minecraft novels releasing over the summer to work on (thank goodness I caught up on the others before we moved).

All in all, everything seems to be going alright. Just gotta make sure I keep my job so I can pay for stuff and not have to worry about my mom looking over my finances ever again.
